Is it possible to fly all year round?
Definitely. You can fly over vivid autumn colours or observe the nature awakening in the spring, feel fascinated by endless candid fields of snow or be mesmerised by the first rays of the summer sun. Contrary to what one might think flying in a hot air balloon in winter: the burner will always keep us warm.
How should I dress for a balloon ride?
Choose comfortable sports clothes. If possible, wear ankle boots or shoes that protect your feet well. We will take off early in the morning: make sure to have a windbreaker or a parka according to the season. High heels and fine clothes are not allowed. Dress for an outdoor sports activity or a hike.
Is it possible to fly all day long?
It depends on the location, season and weather conditions. One usually flies early in the morning or late in the afternoon: we take off immediately after dawn or 2 3 hours before the sunset.

The flight lasts about an hour but we advise allocating about 4 hours for the whole experience, considering the time for the setup, takeoff, landing and a final sharing moment.
Are takeoff and landing locations the same?
No, because we will follow the wind. Our destination is unknown and this is what makes the experience so exciting! The retrieve crew will follow us by land to the landing point where they will help us with all post-flight operations.
Is it possible to bring photo and video cameras?
Certainly: an experience like this is worth being immortalised. Ground personnel and the pilot will brief you on the safe use of such equipment.
Is it possible to smoke in the balloon?
Absolutely not. – Smoking is prohibited in a hot air balloon and also during preparation operations, for safety reasons.

For safety reasons we do not board our hot air balloons with children under the age of 6 and/or under 1.4 meters tall.
I am pregnant: can I fly?
We do not take pregnant women on board to guarantee their safety.
