Corporate team building: when, where, how
Our idea of corporate team building is an outdoor event that can be held any time throughout the year (providing the weather is good) at certain locations in Piedmont, Lombardy, Lazio and Umbria.
Our tethered flight packages are available for any groups, but we always recommend not to exceed the optimum number of 30-40 participants to ensure the best result.
Fox hunt
In case the programme of your choice includes an untethered flight, we have something truly special to offer you. Your team will be split up to board several balloons and we will embark on one of the most spectacular aeronautic races: the fox hunt.
No poor animal will be involved of course! One of our aerostats will be our “fox” and the others will chase it through the skies trying to land as close as possible to it. It is a highly challenging and adrenalin-fuelled task that will help to expose the strongest and… the weakest sides of the team!
All our corporate training courses include a detailed pre-start briefing and a debriefing at the end of the training to provide feedback for our participants and increase their awareness.
